(1)Measure the width of the roadbed first. In order to ensure the quality of construction, it is best to widen 0.5m on each side, dry and level the base soil, then use a 25T vibratory roller to press twice, and then use 50T vibration The roller is pressed four times, and if there is still unevenness, it can be repaired and leveled manually.


(2)Lay coarse sand with a thickness of about 0.3m, and after manual leveling with machinery, it is pressed twice with a 25T vibratory roller.


(3)Laying geogrid. When laying, it should be flattened and straightened, and the bottom surface should be kept dense and flat, without overlapping, curling, kinking, etc. Adjacent geogrids need to have an overlapping part of 0.2m, and the overlapping parts of the geogrid are interspersed and connected along the transverse direction of the roadbed, usually every 1 meter, usually using No. 8 wire. In addition, the laid geogrid shall be fixed with U-shaped nails every 1.5-2m.


(4) After laying the first layer of geogrid, start to lay the second layer of coarse sand with a thickness of 0.2m. After the second layer of coarse sand is leveled, it needs to be measured horizontally to prevent uneven thickness of the laying, and the inspection is correct. After that, it can be pressed twice with a 25T vibratory roller.


(5) The laying method of the second layer of geogrid is the same as that of the first layer. Pave the coarse sand with a thickness of 0.3m again. The method is the same as that of the first layer. Then use a 25T roller to press twice, thus completing the foundation of the roadbed. Reinforcement treatment.


(6)After the third layers of coarse sand are rolled, two geogrids are respectively laid on both sides of the slope along the longitudinal direction of the line, the overlapping part is 0.16m, and the earthwork starts after the connection is made. When laying the geogrid for slope protection, it is necessary to ensure that the laying edge line of each layer is measured, and that the geogrid is buried 0.10m inside the slope after the slope on each side is repaired.


(7)Every time the slope geogrid is filled with a thickness of 0.8m, a layer of geogrid must be laid on both sides, and so on, until it reaches the bottom of the road shoulder surface soil.


(8)After filling the roadbed, the side slope should be repaired in time, each side needs to be widened by 0.3m, and 1.5% of the settlement should be reserved.
